All our arrangements are hand-made by our designers. Actual arrangement may not precisely match the photos on our website. Occasionally, we may substitute flowers or containers when necessary. Our designers will always ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is similar as possible to the photos on our website.

Our same-day delivery cutoff is 2PM local time on weekdays and 1PM on Saturday. We can't guarantee same-day delivery and timed delivery requests on holidays, bad weathers, and any unexpected events that are beyond our control (road closures/traffic, inaccessibility to community/building, delivery van problems, etc). We continue to deliver even after our shop is closed for the day until all delivery has been made or attempted.
We will always do our best to accommodate special requests such as deliveries at specific times of day or specific flower in the arrangement but we cannot guarantee them.
